Windows unsupported your windows 10

I keep getting this error say windows is unsupported please have windows 10 but I have windows 10 pro my System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Processor AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB
I don't know if it's my version of windows 10 or a dev problem

yes I have all updates for win 10 and drivers will check again if there is a update or not and just check win 10 update and all good so I don't know

what your graphics card mine is Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti it's a old card

Same problem with Windows 10 enterprise with the latest updates and a graphics card NVIDIA RTX 3000

I have a Intel Core i7 4770K and a Nvidia GTX 1080 and have the same problem. Software is up to date (Win 10 Pro, Drivers, BIOS etc.)

well some times you need to reinstall your driver because it got corrupted but if a game that good like iron harvest play just fine then it's this game not your graphics card plus if they change the requirements but I doubt they will do that.

The same issue. I don`t think that intel I7, GTX1660 are too old hardware to run this game.

-close steam in task manager
-right click steam desktop icon and select properties
-click the compatibility tab
-uncheck box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
- click apply
-reopen steam and that should work for you.

I'm running windows 10 and my game works just fine.

There is no compatability mode active. Restart PC, reinstall the game and reinstall the graphics driver, reinstall the Microsoft Redistributable Package 2015-2022 did not help, nothing of that things. Mmh, for me it is not so important to play 7 days earlier but this looks very bad. Not able to start is not a small issue... I hope there will a solution available as fast as possible. On the same PC I have Age 1 DE, Age 2 DE, Age 3 DE, Age 4, Age 2 HD, AoM Extended. Every game works perfectly. Hardware, driver, Steam client etc. is not the reason. There should be something wrong directly in AoM Retold, I think.

okay found the problem it was compatibility of steam shortcut it running in windows 7 so I turn it off the game runs just fine now. Make sure you check steam first that all I can say on it.
