Starting renderer issues

My computer is Windows 10 operating system (64 bit), and my GPU is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (driver version: 32.0.15.6094, latest). But I still can't open the game.
It said 'Shader model too low (Shader_Model_64) Windows version out of data (requires minimum released 2004).
Please check your graphics driver is up to data and your machine meets the minimum requirements`.
But my PC has no problem running Elden Ring. Is there anybody can tell me why and how to fix this problem?????

Same here, opening the game I'm met with the same message, that the game:
"could not start renderer"
"Shader model too low (_Shader_model_62)"

Only difference is mine is 62 bit.

Same issue but model 65. I downloaded the latest drivers on AMD website and still nothing. Don't understand

Same issue, my shader model is 64, nvidia gtx1660.
