Issues starting game with Premium Upgrade

We have identified an issue that prevents Standard Edition purchases with the Upgrade version from accessing Advanced Access. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
To resolve this, we recommend contacting Steam Support to request a refund and then purchasing the Premium Edition. This will save you money compared to the Upgrade Edition and will grant you access to Advanced Access. Valve is aware of the issue and will fully support this.

If it's still greyed out after a restart, you can cancel Steam's processes in task manager, and then re-open it. It got mine to work. Had to do it twice. One to get the repack, and one to get it turn the play button on.

doesn't work. it's an issue for people specifically who got the upgrade.

Seems devs in their infinite wisdom didn't give upgrade users access.

So if you bought the base game and decided to buy their upgrade to premium edition, you won't be getting early access until they fix it.

ye i tried restarting steam, restarting my pc...
even re-installed the game and yet... still nothing allows me to download the last part and enter the game...
its even promoted into the upgrade that the 7 day early should be included..
