Tier list

I used to play this back in the day, I take it what used to be considered the strongest and weakest, from my understanding of the original game it was something like this:

Tier 1: Zeus, Set, Ra, Oranos
Tier 2: Isis, Poseidon, Hades, Loki, Odin
Tier 3: Gaia, Kronos, Fu Xi, Nu Wa, Shennong, Thor

Will have changed now? What would you rank as the strongest and weakest now? Obviously map type and other variables altered these positions, I'm wondering if any leader got any noticeable buffs or nerfs with this version? I have it on gamepass and have just downloaded it, and I'm hoping I can play some of the ones which weren't as viable back in the day.

At the moment, most pro players seem to prefer Odin, Hades and Set.
(based on youtube videos i have seen so far)

But i think it is still too early for a tier list like this,
since the best players are still figuring things out;
so the tier list could change every hour...

Also, the fact that there was a tier list in EE,
already demonstrates that it wasnt balanced properly;
if it was, then all major gods would be the same tier...
So hopefully, there wont even be a tier list like this for retold..

Fair enough, you're right it's early days as the game is new, but it's nice to hear about early impressions people are having. If people are saying one thing one day, next day another, and then next week different again, then it would appear to be balanced quite well.
