Aphrodite Splash Art Tweak/ "Modding"

I think most of the new splash arts in the game are quite phenomenal but I found the new Aphrodite a bit too prudish given her role in the greek pantheon. So I did some photoshop paintover in order to incorporate the more revelaing look she had in beta into her current design. I'm also planning on tweaking a few more splash arts (making Hephaestos a bit more buff, etc) and to replace the images locally in my game files.

Now I'm wondering if I use this changed image and replcae it in the game file will this make my copy of the game register as "modded" since I don't want to risk a ban on Steam when playing multiplayer.

She looks just fine the way she is, one of my favourites to be honest.
I don't like needless censorship, but this isn't it. She's a goddess of love and beauty, and she looks very beautiful in the new artwork, far more so than in the original I would say. Her facial expression says way more than a bit of sideboob ever could.

Nothing particularly prudish about her current art. It will more than likely count as modded, so you need to pick between multiplayer or overexposed cleavage.

Your tweak is great. Hope you don't mind if I use it too? :) Will you post other tweaks as well or maybe make a modded pack with them?

Also, I assume this will count as modded, so I am not sure you will be able to play in MP

Heyo. Yes I will tweak other images too but it will be minor tweaks mostly. And yes, feel free to use the image I obviously don't own the copyright to it :)

I don't know, in a world where women on Krete literally walked arround barechested one would think the godess of fertility and s*x would show a bit of cleavage too, don't you think?Gods are human emotions and desires destilled into an archetype and not making use of said archteype seems like a waste to me. So just like Ares needs to be a battle hardnened, muscular badass or Baldr needs to be of angelic beauty Aphrodite shouldn't be wearing more clothes than Athena.

But yeah if swapping out splash art counts as "modded" I won't risk the ban for some minor visual tweaks.

Not gonna lie might use this. I dont do multiplayer in these games anyway. mostly fight the AI and do custom maps and such. Or play with my GF against AI. Im thinking of using it. Or you could figure out how to mod it into their system. They let you use mods that way. Then you could use it in multiplayer without the manual file changing

Unfortunately I'm an artist and not a programmer. But I might be able to look arround for someoneone who can when I'm done with all the tweaks.

Hey! I just figured it out how to mod because of this image!

Go to the mod page and I got it up so you can download and use it in your game. I gave you artist credit and everything. Well at least your steam handle. I can add any Artist details if you want as well.

Also I just saw your reply. If you hit me up with an updated image I can update the mod! Im gonna go in game and test it but I think everything is working fine.
