Population Limit Mod or Cheat?

Do you know any cheat methods, codes, etc. to increase the population limit? Or a useful mod?

Retold has made nice changes in terms of population, but I am a player who plays a scenario slowly, I like my opponent and myself to build a large number of buildings and armies and create immersive battles, in previous games we could do these through mods. I would be very happy if someone with knowledge can help.

There is a mod out that removes population limit. The game is set for only 1000 CAP though, so as far as i know that is as many as you can make, even with the mod enabled.
