How to set age level in editor correctly?

I used the editor and choose the 'player set tech status'. Whether I choose heroic age or mythic age, the appearance of the building still shown as archaic age(the earliest age). Am I missing something?

You can now set the age directly from the scenario player list menu - after the god selection window, there's the age
