Normal vs Premium?

I'll probably buy at some point as I was a fan of the original, but what's the difference between the normal and premium versions?
In the game description on the store page both versions sound like they include the same things. Was this a MAJOR typo, or am I missing something obvious?

The premium version comes with dlc. The first dlc to come out will be China and then there is a second one that they haven't gone into any details about.

Okay, gotcha.
I looked back and saw that I read the description wrong, but it's kinda worded funny. It says "Premium edition" and give a quick take on the premium stuff, then it goes into more detail starting with "Base Game" in bold, so I thought it was describing the base game from then on out rather than re-describing in more detail what had just been described. Whoops!

What's interesting is that for the original game, the Atlanteans and Chinese were both individual expansions, while with this version Atlantis is a starting civ and China's being added, so it's up for grabs who the other expansion will be.
My first wild guesses would be either an African pantheon or a Babylonian, maybe?

The most demanded one, atleast from this forum and another age of mythology forum are the aztecs. We already have an african pantheon with Egypt.

Ah, I forgot about Aztecs. That wouldn't surprise me at all now that you mention it.
Yes, Egypt is technically African, but the Egyptian pantheon was very different from other parts of the continent.
Plus, they already have Atlantis, which is basically just a fantasy offshoot of Greece culturally speaking.
But you may be right about a Meso-american civ.
