They confirmed that the second DLC will also be a pantheon, not just a game mode.
The base game costs 30$. If you get the upgrade version you are only paying 12$ for 2 new pantheons. 6$ per pantheon - it's very unlikely the price will be this low if you skip the upgrade
whenever you preorder it is a gamble, you never know exactly what you will get and of what quality that will be.
that being said, im still going to pre order this, because it is a gamble i am willing to take.
I take it you don't like AoE4, in my opinion is the best AoE game in the franchise with a lot of potential to become even greater than it already is.
These will be released as DLC, so you do not need to buy premium edition, just respective DLC
This will be third release (second re-release) :D
To be fair, they are remastering (rework, update) the game, and nobody has "a duty" to buy it, it is just Your choice. You can ignore it , if You want
