I think China will be totaly reworked, because most part of people didnt like Tale of the Dragon expansion. Even the Campaing is very bad. So, yes, it coming as Expansion pack, I think

Where did you read 2 more? It's a Norse god, the Chinese faction and one more announced faction after them.
