Almost certainly going to be the same as other DEs. Don't expect offline LAN.

Yeah De3 doesn't have offline Lan. So no.
Only De2 and De1 managed to keep an option for offline Lan (I think?)

Not true LAN though. You need internet to open multiplayer. Actual game can be played in LAN

LAN support is a make or break deal for a game like this.
Without LAN support it's no good for parties.
