Will it have Japan faction?

There's various youkais and gods in Japan legend, as wibu who love Japan culture, so is there's any chance for Japan faction?

We still don't know what the second new pantheon will be yet could be anything from Japan to Celts to Aztecs. Time will tell!

You are right, we don't know. But if I were to guess, or take a bet, I'd say Japan is one of the least likely options, and Aztec is about the most likely.

Yes I doubt that we will see Japan or any other Asian pantheon (maybe India) due to China coming with the first expansion pack. As for what the new pantheon will be what ever it will be most likely will be something different that does not share any similarities with current pantheons. I've seen some want a Roman pantheon which to that I say no as that's way too close to Greeks and we also have the Atlantean which is based around Greek Mythology.

It's still possible that there are more DLCs coming with more civs after the two DLCs we know are coming. So, pantheons we can safely rule out as the second DLC may still be coming later down the line. I don't think there's a hard "never" on any civ.
