Chapter 6 Glitch

I've been enjoying the game and made it far, but I'm stuck on Chapter 6. When trying to clear out the 3 stigma I keep encountering the same glitch on the last Echo Knot. When undoing the knot by the veranda Hazel glitches through the ground and just falls forever. I've tried resetting to the last chapter several times, restarted the game, and tried undoing the knot from every angle. I've done this fight 6 times but this glitch happens every time. Is there a simple fix or a patch note that can be done quick?
