Well, for me, the setting was quite unique. The art direction is great too. I watched the trailer and it instantly clicked with me since it's the same vibe as Psychonauts, Alice, Kena.
Just a thought.
If they end losing jobs for picking an audience that does not buy or is not interested in games only to get more money from ESG funds or similar reasons, well I am not concerned if jobs are lost since the game was not for me to begin with.
I was watching someone else play the game and it's not good.
What's worse is that all the promotional videos and pictures were desperatly trying to hide the full look of the character and her details, like the tattos.
It's a very modern game from the design and art point of view but ancient from the story and gameplay point of view
Solution: don't subscribe and let natural selection take its course.
In five years, untalented people won't be in the industry but will rather pursue something better suited to their skill level, while the talented developers will thrive and deliver quality products that we’d actually pay for.
Same here, I really like the game even if it dosn't have nothing new or revolutionary to offer. It's not a bad game at all.
Mostly delicious though, for sure.
