Performance, stutters and 1% lows
I'm having some stutters and my performance is pretty weird. My 1% lows are also terrible. Sometimes I'm running 120+ FPS with 1% lows below 45. It's rather unpleasant.

Setup:
Ryzen 9 5900X
RTX 5080
64GB RAM DDR4 3000 MHz

Resolution:
3440x1440

That's because you're beta testing for them
I'm having weird issues, too. i9-14900KF 4080-super 32GB ddr5. Lowering any settings doesn't change anything, just makes the high FPS higher but the dips still occur.
What settings are you using to get 120fps+ on your 5080?

I could only get around 120fps and below at Ultra at 1600p on my RTX 5080 + 14700K.

Anyways, for your stutters, turn off Stop Motion effect. It should solve all the stutters - it did for me!
My guess is you are cpu limited

I know i am with a faster CPU.

Turning everything to low value and ultra performance still give me mostly the same framerate and 1% low indicating it's a CPU limitation

I have about as fast a CPU as you can get and it is decently overclocked and cooled. I still get little stutters and such in certain areas. I dont think this is CPU bottlenecking. There are some known performance issues the team is working on and I think this is one of them.

I'm new to the kind of data that CapFrameX records, but I thought I'd share some data here anyway. 500 seconds of recording in Chapter 6, all taken in the area immediately surrounding Bunny's cottage, with a mix of combat and running laps around the house and garden.

P95: 163.9 FPS
Average: 109.1 FPS
P5: 79.6 FPS
P1: 66.6 FPS
1% Low Average: 53.6 FPS
P0.2: 47.6 FPS
P0.1: 41.5 FPS
0.1% Low Average: 33.4 FPS

Time differences between two consecutive frametime values:

< 2ms (56.29%)
< 4ms (24.67%)
< 8ms (17.86%)
< 12ms (0.81%)
> 12ms (0.37%)

According to the sensor data:

> Max CPU load: 63%
> Max GPU load: 100%
> Max VRAM usage: 7.62gb
> Max RAM usage: 6.48gb

• Ryzen 7 5700X
• 32gb RAM
• RTX 3080TI
• Windows 11

> Nvidia Drivers 572.83
> Gsync active
> Framerate uncapped
> LG C2 TV at 120hz
> Vsync Enabled
> HDR disabled

Não sei se pode estar acontecendo com você também, mas eu estava tendo pessimo framepace no modo borderless. Só mudar pra fullscreen resolveu esse problema

The 1% lows are indeed not great.

5080
9800x3d

Usually around 100-144fps but man those 1% lows get down to 72ish

EDIT: putting the game into full screen significantly boosted all my FPS. Highs shot to 250-300 which in turn put my 1% lows at 150ish. Still very odd behavior. Stop motion is off. Much smoother now but with CPU usage only hitting 21%, those 1% lows are not right

This game has terrible optimization.

Wait until you see Chapter 12 - choppy camera movement, choppy FPS, DLSS DLAA, or DLSS Quality / Balanced doesn't matter because the game is very stuttery.

5800x3d / 5070TI : 1440p High Settings - just take a look at the frame-time graph - it's a mess.

Don't tell me 5800x3d / 5070ti is not enough to run this game smoothly.
