The game visually looks nice but the stop motion is what I dislike. Environments all look interesting but I don't know about the story giving modern day Xbox and politics. I have mixed feelings because of it. I mean girl child upset about her mom in the trailer about he sending time at a shelter whatever... like come on. Visually people behind it have talent for environments but they always lack in story and emotions feels fake like a soap opera. As long as DEI isn't shoved in my faced and doesn't lecture me I could see myself in a way enjoying a game like this. I'm Leaning on the side I want to Pre-Order better Edition for Early Access but then part of me should I? Honest take though, there's some hits and some misses but it's a world that looks appealing and I want to explore the settings / locations so I might Pre-Order right now. Back in my day we looked at the back of the box and if it looks interesting we purchased and played it. If it looks interesting try it? Hopefully it's polished, optimized and plays smooth.

Update: Purchased The Premium Edition, I'm giving this game a chance so hopefully its good. I do play niche games there's something to it. Lower Price point is definitely a plus

Game graphics looks great! 3. April will see, already pre-ordered Premium in Xbox App. As well Last of Us release same day... Have nice gaming night...

Yeah it looks great, but it feels cheesy judging alone from the videos. Imagine you get sucked into this grim world and suddenly you walk around with super powers, can fly and joke around and there is this pop music overlay. I don't know.. .

The animation seems crappy, guess the reviews will tell assuming there is no mass deletion like in here.

The animation is fine. The issue is that the style they're using is stop-motion. That can, at least, be turned off for gameplay.

I don't know if thats the default I am not sure if turned off will not have bugs and issues.
