is it a short game very linear?

Platformer with some puzzles here and there and combat arenas here and there. Levels are linear but have plenty of little side paths to find hidden stuff. Cant tell you how long it is, but I hear its not a super long game.

It's linear but for me that's not a knock on it at all. You want to play the game for the story and it's nothing mindbending or revolutionary but sometimes games don't have to reinvent the wheel to be relevant. This game does everything that it sets to do perfectly. Visuals are insane while...lets say...going on a trip. ;) ;) ;)

Reviews all saying its a "Southern Gothic" whatever that means. Sounds like what the devs are calling it, not what players are actually calling it.

Its probably considered a "linear story-driven RPG".
