Sound issues?
Is anyone else experiencing sound issues? I’m getting constant skipping and no sound, when people talk all other sound stops, and the music/background noise randomly cuts in and out.

im also having the same issue where there is no sound besides the narrator talking
This happens on my system too. I'm running an HP Platinum 4, i7-12700k 3.6GHz, 16 GB RAM, w/ a RTX 3080.

My dawg ran down Space Marine 2 like a thrown pork chop, but every time a chapter has started (on Chapter 5 now), when the narration and book animation start the music stutters and stops completely. More awkward silence than that one time at Thanksgiving with Uncle Cricket.
Adding to this thread to report that I'm also experiencing this.

The storybooks stutter with various audio pieces coming in and out. It carries into the beginning of Chapter 3 with the audio of birds whistling cutting out until I walk a bit into the area.

The storybooks seem to run fine when you replay them from the menu, but it seems like they have a lot of issues when attempting to run during loading.

Hello, I encountered this issue. I had music randomly stopping for dialogue and sometimes even dialogue itself. I found that the issue looked to have been due to high CPU temps around 80 C. I adjusted my cooling setup and the issue was resolved now that I was cruising around 60 C.

Hi, same issue. Playing on PC. The background music cuts off when the narrator is speaking.
I am also getting constant audio stuttering, music, talking, all of it. I haven't even been able to actually play the game because I've been trying to get the audio to work.

Specs: Intel i5-13400F @ 2.50GHz; 32GB RAM; GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060
Figured it out, turn off the lead vocal setting
