add this as well...

r.UseLegacyMaintainYFOVViewMatrix=True
It forces all horizontal FOV values to be vertical,
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3409537575
this is 120 vertical even though in-game menu says horizontal .
We also support ultra-wide displays for a panoramic experience, some precisions on ultra-wide support:
Gameplay fully supported in ultra-wide.
Menu will stay framed in 16:9 (black bars on the side).
Cinematics will stay framed in 16:9 (black bars on the side).
Great, but also bad decision to leave black bars in cinematics. Just give us the option to remove them.
Very true. I want everything in 21:9
works great
in gameplay is ultrawide support, yes
cutscenes are not. They are in 16:9

I played the hole game in 32:9 and it works fine.
