Game looks blurry
1440p without FSR, max graphics settings, Motion Blur disabled, yet the game looks blurry, almost like it's being rendered at a lower resolution. Any suggestions?

yeah. playing in 4K. Feel likes the actual render resolution is much less than 4K.

As far as I can tell it's trying to run at 720p constantly and then upscale, according to the usersettings ini in appdata
Even with ambient and bloom off, it feels like it is blurry at a distance (even just down a short hallway). Agree it feels like it is rendering at a lower resolution and trying to upscale.

Can confirm. Tried any combination of graphics settings. It's not sharp and it feels the motion blur is on all the time but maybe that's an illusion. I'm ona 32:9 5120x1440 monitor with 4090.

Changing the .ini file in AppData doesn't help

Also it's locked 144fps just like the ini file says, changing doesn't unlock fps

We will fix it as soon as possible. However we need a bit more info about your hardware, because we don't see that on our machines. Could you guys please provide your hardware? Or the best would be to join discord and share some screenshot of the effect. Thank you!

I was unable to join the discord. And the bluriness is only to the sides. Like a fisheye effect. If I look straight at an object, it looks fine. But the periphery everything is blurry.

Lol is all I can say at that mistake.

I have the same issue, game looks blurry to the point of giving me a headache. Turning off Anti-Aliasing removes all blurriness and looks a lot sharper, but at the price of pretty pixelated edges.
Running it at 1080p with a 4080

Just add a sharpening slider. Its probably TAA causing it.

I have a 3080, 7800x3d, win 11, running the game at 3440x1440 fullscreen. fsr on or off, AA on or off, AAquality up or down, the game is definitely running at a lower than intended internal resolution, it's just more obvious with AA off because edges are not only jagged, but "thick"

We are aware of the issue and we'll fix it asap in first patch
