its now decemeber 23rd, and still no response from their support, but hey lets buy another one of their games....

Did you provide a save? Game has been perfectly fine on this situation since months, so without details from your issue, it cannot be studied...

who would I send a saved game to? I have requested a refund though, doubt I receive it.

i have uninstalled this game and have played for 4.1 hrs since this game was purchased. this game is ♥♥♥♥, as is the support. I want a refund..
