[BUG?] Bridge to Abyssal Woods went back up after I crossed?

just as the title reads. After I crossed the bridge to Abyssal Woods and rested at the shrine, I tried going back to the campsite, only to see the bridge had risen back up, and I have no way of fixing it. Is this an intended thing, or is this a bug?

Probably a bug, as the lever on the other side also shines like it isn't activated. If you haven't unlocked the teleporter ghost yet (the one next to the shrine) to teleport back to the camp, your only other option is to clear this area by going through the cave at the north west, defeat the boss, go through the top part of the Abyssal Woods until you reach the gondola, with which you can get back to the campsite.

Hello,

This is intentional, and not a bug, don't worry! Players will progress from that point onward, until the intended part of the game, and then will later be able to return to the Survivor's Camp!
