Clive quest bugged at the final scene (event timer is off)

so i just finished the last battle in L'Renouille and then decided to take clive to finish his manhunt for elza, but then as soon as i arrive at Sajah, no elza no cut scene either, take note the event timer is turned off on this one, I am beyond 30 hours already in the game I don't want to start all over again just for this. let me know if anyone has encountered the same.

Did you do every clive trigger?(There is 7 before the Sajah one) Also you have to do it before you finish L'Renouille dungeon

i did trigger the muse scene, before going to Sajah, no matter where i go or how i tried the scene never triggers on Sajah. such a waste because i want to finish clive quest first also for the achievements. but not gonna happen I guess

To be clear, there are 2 events in Muse, one at the beginning of the game where Elza asks you to hide the package from Clive and then they have a shootout at the gate, then another much later after you liberate Rockaxe on top of the hill. The second one is easy to miss.

well I didn't miss the 2nd scene at muse as I was following a guide til the end. the problem lies after the last battle at L'renouille something triggered the bug or something. I have no idea after what to do aside from finishing the game as it is.

obviously yes, how can we trigger the event if he is not present on my party. i have no idea what happen at this point why the final scene for clive did not trigger.
