Suikoden 3 new -> carryover save data? Scripts

I’d be all for getting this new 1+2 pack, but what I REALLY want in this modern era, is a new version of Suikoden 3 that still allows for carryover save data feature from (previous incarnations of) 1&2!

I want the two additional Scripts, and I want to perform the Barbarossa’s Generals play, using the names I created all the way back in Suiko1!

TO THIS DATE there hasn’t been a reissue of Suiko 1+2+3 that allows for this; you’d literally still have to be playing on the old PS1/PS2 (or just the PS2) to achieve this - which is a shame

Suiko3 might not be the powerhouse that 2 was, but I still want the full fruits of my careful save data cultivation, manifested in a lovely performance!

I loved the story of 3, but I HATE the gameplay of 3. I'd love the PS2 collection to be released on PC so I can get a mod that gets rid of the whole "ok, all the magic does splash damage! By the way, you can't actually physically control where the characters are on the battlefield" thing.

Suikoden 3 needs a total remaster, not just a port to turn a profit in the modern day market. It wasn't a bad game to bring the series into the 3D era, it just hasn't aged well.
