My first battle hit by AI magic and some of my heros are injured
so what it means?

Be careful with the war mode battles. Heroes can permanatly die in them.

Their name will be greyed out on that tablet Luc is standing near if they died.

I got 108 ending despite heroes getting injured in army battles. So long as nobody on the tablet gets their named greyed out except for you-know-who then you're fine.

Use multiple saves. The 108th star in Suikoden 1 is available for all of 30 seconds before the cutoff point.

Yeah. If you're in battle and see the message saying that "X has died" just Alt + F4 and reload from your last save.

Use multiple saves!

I, too, got the 108 Star ending, although Gremio died in Soniere Prison, Pahn died in the duel with Teo and Maximilian died in the battle at Gregminster City.
either the achievements are still buggy or you get the ending if every Star is on the tablet, which was the case on my save file.

Really? Did you just get the achievement or did you get the actual ending? By that I mean Theres a scene after the credits i believe where Gremio and Tir leave on a Journey if you didnt see this id say the achievement is bugged.

I think as long as every star is populated with that specific character, you get the achievement. I wasn't able to bring back "you know who" because I didn't recruit Leon in time. But I still got the achievement.

Injured means they can't be in party IIRC.
Dead means dead.

Always save before major battles and reload if you see either.

1 of my hero got injuried during the 2nd battle in suidoken 1
but i still can use her in combat party

It's really annoying with Gilbert in 2, since there's a very high chance his already damaged unit will get taken out, and then it's a dice roll every time to see if ends up injured or dead.

In my Suikoden 1 playthrough I had Clive die in the literal last attack in the last battle. I had a save, but come on now game.
