Suikoden 2 war music

I just got done with the war battles at Viktor's fort, and the music playing is one I've never heard before. I do recall that in the original, some war battles had no music in the western version of the game. I never learned why, but I would assume it was a bug.

I'm *guessing* that this track is either the one that was meant to play in those battles, or they made it for those battles.

Either way, since the old war music was one of my favourite tracks in the game, it was a bit disappointing to hear. If anyone has gone further and fought later war battles, does this new track play every time or is the old music still there?

Battlefield Without Light is a mystery. It's absent in the S2 OST but present in the Suikogaiden one. I forget when it's supposed to play though so can't verify for you BUT, unless I missed it the many times I scrolled, Battlefield Without Light isn't in the music gallery.

It does play in later battles.
