The cup game exploit doesn't exist anymore
Used to be you could save your game, play the game game a bunch of times in a row on the easy levels and record where the coin was, then reset and play on the hardest level and it would always follow the same pattern. Doesn't work anymore, so no easy Potch maker right at the beginning of the game. Gonna have to wait til I have Cee Lo access to save scum it I guess.

It's a 1/3 chance of guessing correctly and you have to save each time. It's a slow waste of time if you can't predict out a bunch of wins at once. You can do the 1k game pretty easily but that's only good very early on.

Cee Lo is still the way to go for traditional save scumming.

Hehe funny you should mention exploiting this..
I was playing on my Steamdeck and lowered the refresh rate - which in turn seems to alter the actual speed of the game (one of those engines that ties game speed to refresh rate lulz)

I could totally just watch where the coin went 100% of the time and got myself to about 100k before I got bored. I imagine you could probably do the same thing on a desktop,

I might try this, I also had the thought of why not record the hard mode and slow down the recording playback to watch? Wonder if you can visually see where the cup moves if you just replay the recording of hard mode in slow mo

100k really isn't much and your upgrade progress is gated pretty early, and by the time you can upgrade to lvl 12 weapons, when they actually start costing a good amount, there are better farms available.

I'm a first time player here, thanks good to know.
Yeah even some of the armour and Orbs I'm buying now is hurting the wallet.
I wonder if I should go back to him and earn a little more.. :steammocking:

Sounds like it would work. Like I said I can easily follow and watch it move in real time when my refresh rate is down, so the game isn't just cheating and throwing a false animation at you.

Cee Lo destroy me before I even have a chance to play, I hate this game in Suiko 1 so much.

There's a difference between straight up cheating and exploiting in game abilities.

Yeah! One makes us feel slightly better about ourselves even though deep down we know we are still dirty cheaters! :steamhappy:

Spoken like someone bad at games.

If you'll use cheat engine for infinite money, you'll use it for infinite HP, or maxed damage, or something else.

If you restrict yourself to what is possible in game, you're still working with what you are given.

Don't tap dance. Since you wanna play this game: what's the difference in themselves using CE to edit the money value vs. exploiting game mechanics the dev didn't intend? Don't go outside of that, be honest now.
Nall Mar 7 @ 5:30pm
Like I said. Someone who uses outside methods isn't going to restrict themselves to what's possible in game. I understand that you're trying to bring yourself up by dragging me down, but it'll never work, because when I finish the game, it'll be with the stats and levels I earned through gameplay.

Don't tap dance, that's not what was argued and not what I asked, get your ass back here with those goalposts.
