There's also a manga adaptation of that mobile game coming.
They said that the current remaster was 'step one' in Suikoden's revival and because preorder sales were above expectation it was considered a success. The Mobile game, anime and manga are step two. And if they succeed, they will push onto step three which will be a full revival of the franchise, so more mainline titles and probably remasters of the rest of the series too.
