water rune piece
does the water rune piece still drop from the blue slimes in mountain path?

you think they changed things like enemy item lists?
I've just went to Sarady and back and only rushed through Mt. Tigerwolf. But I did not get a single Water Rune Piece, Defence Rune Piece or Karate Uniform. Never happened on any playthroughs in the original. Can be bad luck though. Don't wanna farm my characters op when there's a hard mode, I can do this for :)

it always has been a tough grind if you wanted a lot of water rune pieces.
just run from other fights and only fight the slimes (iirc defence rune pieces can drop from the snails)

i always did it when i went to Sarady for the rune :) (right out the gate)

yes they do. I got one in my S1 playthrough. I would go so far and say that all the enemy drops are still the same (with their super low drop rate)

Wait a week or so, And Wemods should have some mods for whatever. Easier drops faster lvl.

But stay low level, And go fight a advanced enemy in suikoden 1 or 2 you get upwards of level 55 if you have the orb on I got to level 99 in the ps2 version of the game everytime I played by fighting level 35 enemies. :lunar2019smilingpig:

And have about 30 battles with the slimes and you usually get water pieces.
