konami is nothing without murayama, they only delayed thier terrible port because they didnt want to be outshined by his release of Eiyuden Chronicles, they did the man real wrong back then and have yet to pay him proper homage. If i want to play suikoden 1 or 2 i will do so on the original platforms as NO one in konami now is even capable of coming close to his skills. They further delayed thier ports whn he released Eiyuden Chronicles probably because they know thier port is trash and didnt want to risk it. Delay delay delay maybe next year we can release it and be okay. Sorry Konami even your sneak peak video looks garbage, the sound effects garbage, the new sprites garbage. Konami even left the series high and dry to pursue stupid cash grab games on google play ect. Now they realize he was right back then, now they realize........ to late my guy

Also, there is already a 'translation' mistake on the preoder. This is the first time I have heard 'Orbs' being used for Suikoden Runes, then the description proceeds to sabotage itself by saying McDohl can't equip two runes. Consistency and no unnecessary changing of terms please

Too Expensive, and I say this as someone who LOVED Suikoden, it was one of my favorite and first RPG's I've ever played, but I am not paying $50 for it, especially since it barely looks any different, some parts looks slightly better on screenshots, but it still looks like a very old game, not a AAA game. no new content? MEH, bummer.

It's not reasonable if you only want 1 of them though, also they aren't AAA games, they are just recycled content.

That's not "entitlement" it's Common Sense, they are recycling an ancient game(PS1 Era), not adding any new content, recycling, adding some slightly better GFX(that still look 10+ years old) I am wondering why a Recycle takes so long as well, tho also I don't really care. But yea, you'd think a recycle project wouldn't take multiple years to make. Entitlement would be expecting the game to be cheap, good & done fast, doesn't ecatly look "good." I'm wondering why an old game takes so long to make when they most likely are re-using the Original Source Code. Entitlement is not asking obvious questions. Now you accusing someone of Entitlement for asking an OBVIOUS Question, that sounds 100% like Cope(IMO)

Its not recycled content as you say.. work has been done on the game clearly. If you would know aabout game development you would understand that. I also didnt "accuse" you of anything, i asked a question. You think they should sell this game for what? 5$? Theres no way that could pay for the artists that worked on the game. 25$ is more than a good price. Thats not coping, its understanding the value of things. 50$ FOR BOTH games doesnt remotly mean its AAA either so i dont understand why you would bring that up. If you think that saying 25$ for a remastered rpg like suikoden with new effects, ui, graphics and ported to modern hardware is coping, then i think its either ignorance on what work is required or you simply want to hate for some unknown reason

50 euros for these two Suikodens seems expensive. I know how expensive physical copies are as I own Suikoden 1,2,3,4,5 and Tactics. I will probably buy this remaster the day is out, but I just dont feel like pre ordering since the remaster has been delayed by Konami in the past and I dont trust them to deliver on schedule. Not even a little bit.

Konami is not a company to be trusted. I love Suikoden and a lot of Konami properties, but the last few years they've been known to dish out sub-part products for easy cash grabs.

And as much as I love Suikoden there is very little chance they'll ever make another one, Especially since series creator has moved on to "Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes"

Konami sunk the Suikoden Project, full price ain't funding its way for the revival... If they dropped the news of Suikoden VI I'ma pay full price and pay my deeds from ROMing my way for Suikoden because the PS1 version was too hard to find
