your not wrong but that would be more likely if they didnt have COMPLETELY different fanbases. not saying you cant like both but the over lap isnt super strong. In your scenario nintendo releasing a tetris game and mario tennis would be cannibalizing. Im not saying it wouldnt affect some ppl but again they are very different games.

Hey, don't get me wrong, I'd love to get both the same month. Well, I'd love to get Suikoden 1 and 2 BEFORE October, but if we get both in October, I'm not gonna complain. I just wish we would get some damn news already.

At this point I'm expecting a Christmas release.
Or they simply wait to release it 1-2 weeks before Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes to release to lower their numbers. Konami doesn't like Suikoden but they like people using the Suikoden fan base less.

Considering Murayama (the producer of Eiyuden Chronicles and the original Suikodan games) is a consultant on these remasters, it's highly unlikely that your conspiracy theories are ture.

They should really mention the date if other journo sites are reporting a projection. Still, I'm pretty hyped that this is getting a remaster. Hopefully, this'll have a number of QoL improvements and balances. Seriously, it's way too damn easy to get 999999p just from "gambling" with Gaspar.

I do and don't get it. Suikoden isn't exactly Metal Gear in terms of popularity. Not even close. Still, it makes no sense how they just went radio silent for so long and have somehow managed to announce another remaster AND provide a date for it in less than a month. That's just baffling.

Yes, because it's unthinkable that Konami would be big enough to work on more than one project at a time.

Also the beginning is awesome, the Story Ark is really strong and takes longer than the other ones. Problem is, loads of People don't like to read much but play. They like more shorter talking and explanations. Just take the how much love they put in explaining Luc, one Chapter just for the antagonist. to me 3 is best, than 2 and the gaiden Episodes between 2 and 3. There is a load of backround.

I disagree I enjoy narrative and story my issue is the split of the 4 leads making the whole experiance feel disjointed and doesnt give me enough attachment too anyone of them. I feel more attached too Tir and Riou even though they dont even talk and that says alot

No it's not saying a lot xD it just says that you like the way of feeling connected to the narrative of Tir and Riou. Same like i am able to feel connected to a story that has a triple lead. To me it is the whole story of 2, Suiko Gaiden and 3, couldn't even say that one of the Heroes is my favorite. I love Flik, Victor or Geddoe and Crew the same as Luc, Luca or Yuber. They did a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good Job in writing Characters in the Period i mentioned before. And later on in 5 they completely lost that. If i had to chose one game for the overall animations it would be 5, because besides the weak spell-casting animations it looks awesome. Overall every game has strong parts and weaker Parts. All in all the Series it outstanding, no matter wich game i like more or less.

It hasn't been a year. It has only been just over 5 months, so not even half a year yet. The last update was January 18. Now, given that they were giving updates ever couple of weeks and suddenly stopped is concerning, but let's not exaggerate things by saying it's been longer than it has.
