No.
That being said I would definitely buy them again as I enjoyed playing them and the hidden keys for the special vandalier class was pretty unique for it's time. definitely would be cool if konami actually started making games again and rebooted or remade with modern touches
to a lot of their older series.
Kind of a hard sell though these game types are niche now at best and no longer the heavy weight games everyone clamored for back in the 90's and very early 2000's
Way better than garbage like Lost Eidolons.
Nothing to add, it is hard for me to imagine a "remaster" of Vandal Hearts . . . .
This game was/is awesome, but a remaster would be probably very hard....
if you mean like FF7's remake sure it could be done but ultimately they wouldn't be the same game but going back and redoing them and updating them to more modernized systems while still keeping what made them unique would be cool. My biggest gripe about VH:1 was it was pure linear outside the optional vandalier stuff there were no side mission or dungeons so I'd definitely like to see more of Sostegaria. from what I remember (around 20 years no since I played) I remember the first having a decent story but going off the rails near the end would definitely like to see it touched up and expanded on.
if you mean just an HD remaster sure that would be fine but it's strategy stuff is kind of dated and I don't think it would be well reviewed outside the nostalgia crowd. I'd be honestly happy with just a port so I could play it again without pulling out my original ps3 praying it doesn't overheat and then finding my disk for the game lol.
And that is WHY I never use the Level Up Exploit of Chapter 2-4 on Ash! To have an EASIER time with the Trials!
