I love Nep Nep too its the best game and anime franchise of all time. I really love this game and its my most important hobby I've ever have. A life without Nep isn't a life anymore.
SUBVERSIVE PERSON!
I play nep games for the same reason I used to wander in game shops just haggling for some indie rpg that was released in a small area with light novel and small rpg mechanics involved.
It's half english, mostly Kanji for some reason and yet has half the story told in katakana but it uses roman numerals.
These games still have that 2003 vibe I love. "oh man I heard the creator straight killed themselves after finishing this game". Kemco style.
