SILVER BAR IS MISSING!NEED HELP!!

I found the silver fork and spoon before the transformation machine... but after I got the other tools ... the silver fork just DISAPPEAR!!! AND I CANNOT FIND IT AGAIN IN THE CAFETERIA... SO I JUST STUCK ...IS THERE ANY THING I CAN DO TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!BUT IT'S THE RED LIGHT ON!

did you already find the machine in the falling rocks area? im thinking maybe you put it there and just didnt finish. im not aware of any other way to "lose" it

For anyone finding this post and having the same old problem: you can NOT lose the silver fork and knife. You're NOT stuck here.
If you had them in your inventory and don't have them anymore, it's because (and only because) you've already put them in the foundry machine (the one behind the falling rocks area, not the one near the great door) and forgot you did so. A green light on the machine will confirm you that the silver is loaded in it. Now you just have to figure out how to make this machine to work. A clue is hidden in the Library.
