Stuck & Unable to Access Translation

Elders of Sennaar, I seek your aid!

I'm desperate to figure out what I'm doing wrong (as I've now read two walkthroughs online in their entirety and still can't work out what I've missed...). Playing on Switch, I have: translated all glyphs; activated 10 portals (2 on each of the bottom four tiers of the tower diagram, one each on the final two tiers); rescued 4 anchorites (got the key, opened four purple hidden gates, snuck past guards, and shut down exile 4 times; and established lines between all dots in the spinning pyramid.

I've translated Abbey Portal #1 ('You help me...'), Fortress Portal #1 (‘The impure do not pass…’) &#2 (‘The alchemists want to help…’), Garden #2 ('I salute the man...'), Laboratory #2 (‘Brothers, I’m seeking…’), and laboratory #3 (‘Warriors love music…’).

And now I’m stuck. I still have no dot & option to translate for Abbey Portal #2, Garden Portal #1, Laboratory #1 (the one just after the tunnels where you sneak through the light to get past the monster, before you enter the labs proper), or the Exile Portal. Again, 10 portals activated and 4 anchorites free. What have I missed??

Any help would be gratefully received!

Have you considered the possibility that you might not have missed anything? What makes you think you did?

I'm hoping I did miss something I need to do, because I still don't have the option to even see three of the translations on the portals - but every walkthrough I've read doesn't seem to suggest I need to do anything else for them to pop up? So either (hopefully) it's user error and I have to do something else finish the game (as whenever I approach the tower, it asks me to reconnect everyone before I go up), or there's some sort of glitch that means I can't finish the game, which would be a real shame. Do you have any advice? Thank you!

To reach the real end of the game, you have to complete le prism by restoring the 10 links that connect each of the 5 peoples with all the others.
To do this, you must complete the translation of 6 dialogues (the 6 that appear on the Terminals) and free the 4 Anchorites.
On the map of the Tower, Terminals with dialog to translate are marked with a small circle. When the dialog is fully translated, this circle will be filled in with a white dot. So you should have 6 white dots on your map.

Yes, thank you - that's exactly what my map and prism look like! Unfortunately, even though I've completed those steps and am out of ideas for what else I can do, whenever I approach the gate to top of the tower, I'm sill getting a face that asks me to help everyone connect, first, so I must be doing something wrong! Any hints or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Are you really sure that it's what is being said to you ? Have you tried going up the Tower ?
