Nintendo wouldn't have anything to do with it, all things Tetris are the exclusive property of The Tetris Company/Tetris Holding LLC. If anyone filed a copyright claim against this then it was them since they have a nice, colorful history of attacking and demanding removal of anything that even looks like Tetris might have crossed it's mind at some point. They've had countless games removed from app stores that made absolutely no reference to Tetris at all because they believe anything that uses Tetromino shaped blocks is theirs and no one else's. What I'm saying is, since they just love detonating the ever-stuffing crap out of anything that even looks like Tetris, they certainly would have gone after this if they got wind of it.

It´s from russia, Alexei Paschitnow was release the game in june 1984!
