if Devs have talent to make great game they will build an engine from Ground up UE5 make it easy just you need write your damn story and create texture and asset and slap it on UE5 without any optimizations

It has both Lumen and Nanite on and runs at 4K. I thought it looks pretty ok to me.

Cyberpunk runs at 20fps at 4k without DLSS, if you use the maximum settings. There are quite a few games where an RTX 4090 doesn't give 60fps in those conditions.

Fortunately it has DLSS 2 and 3. I imagine it's the frame generator.

Problem is you cant change the resolution in the settings unless you go windowed then you have a big green bar at the top on the screen.
