try setting the window mode to "Fullscreen", that helped on my system.

update: also disable Frame Generation

Having an issue with achievement Tragedy Documented (View All Video Recordings) I have beat the game twice, collected all collectibles and watched all the vids including the credits and video after credits. Not sure whats going on. Thank you in advance.

Hello, there is a Bug i came a cross. I cant watch the documents/video messages all i get is a white screen nothing plays. Regardless if i wanna watch it on the Computer or the Display on my arm.

have the same issue with achievement "Tragedy Documented" like some players. 100% completed game, but achievement don't appear. play on pc.

well, i spoke too soon. still got the error multiple times again.
i have now disabled Frame Generation - no crash since then. keeping fingers crossed.

Any progress on the White Screen / No audio when playing video logs? This makes the game unplayable and half of the exposition is given in those logs.

MacBook Pro, M2 Pro, macOS 14.2.1. Game version 5.8.5 (or 1.0.7, from App Store)

* Resolution selector does not function
* Turning Nanite On (from the Off state, not Default button) will crash
* Lighted surfaces all have a underwater-like shimmer
* Some areas do not have lighting until you walk into them.
* Controls feel sluggish
* Significant performance/stutter issues

Some more specifics:
* Climbing the rock wall outside the Atrium has multiple two second (or so) screen freezes
* The end of the prologue credits, when the camera moves into the vehicle also has a freeze
* In that scene, you can see the vehicle dashboard/console components pop-in
* You can watch the textures of the straps on Jack's suit be added, tile by tile, inside the entrance to the Atrium.

Runs worse on new M3max 40core gpu than previous M1max 32core gpu.
Same issues as you mostly.
Resolution selection is a nightmare to get fullscreen in desired res. Mostly luck setting it.
Mouse feels like it's connected using elastic bands.
Nanite no work locks MacBook up totally.

Pressing left command kills the app! Yet I can select the left command as a button of choice in the controls lol

Hi,
I have finished the game and reran a new game to get all the achievements. Now i have 100% Achievments but i am still missing characters 10,11,12. Is it a bug or if not how do i can achieve all characters ?

Secondly, as others have already reported that bug, sometime the camera block and i cannot move. i am always in such case, obliged to quit and restart. Please fix it.

I encounter a problem while playing the game. The door to Wyatt room can't seem to open after i get the key card access. the button to open the door doesn't appear in the game. Kindly fix or give advice on how to solve this issue.

I have the same problem, I can't play the game without the full experience, as soon as I call up a log, nothing works anymore, so I have to go to the main menu.
