Worlds Adrift Item Pack

Do we get the Worlds Adrift schematics and items only on one character, or on all of them? Some schematics dissapeared from my first character´s stash without me learning them, so I made another character, but my stash is completely empty.

Seems to be on all new characters for me. also the wearable items go back to the stash if you unequip (so you don't lose them). If they're disappearing from the stash before you've even made them that may be a bug.

Yes, they dissapeared from the stash before they were learned/used. New characters for me have an empty stash.
