Anyone else game crashing?

Game will just randomly crash. I don't know if its my PC or game.

Yeah I cant even get past the load into game screen. Might have to refund and come back when its better.

when mine crash's it shuts down my pc no warnign just straight up kills my pc and my gpu temp is 55c

Will first they NEED to FIX it first, I have played lots of Early Access Games and have to say this is the Bigest pice of CRAP i have EVER Played!!! Had to start over like 12 times now Thanks to All the BUGS, Maybe what a Year of 2 for them to Fix this Crap! Oh and Game Crash Lost Ship 5 Times Now!

Last night - no issues. Today, Multiple crashes one after the other. Spawn into immediate death. Then, the game no longer let's me get past "Start". Instant crash. Tried multiple "fixes". Windows and drivers up to date. If I remove my save game data - game launches fine. Do not feel like starting all over from scratch. Is there a fix?

Also for the developer's sake, find the crash log and post it on their discord, so they can look into what caused the crash. @Seliane are you playing on desktop or laptop? If desktop, try to clean the ventilators and remove some of the dust in your system (not cynically meant comment) but if the fans are running overtime it sounds like a temperature problem.

Did this and posted other issues - no helpful responses. Only advice was to delete save file and start all over. Does this work? Yes. Is this a "working" solution? For Beta, yes. For EA, no.

No valid responses, no effort shown to the MANY who have posted the same or similar issues.

Game was phenomenal even it the current state with bugs, however, this "Game breaking" bug where the game will no longer "start" turns this game into something completely different. I expected bugs and other issues. I was fully prepared to deal with all of that. But a bug that has no "working" solution where you lose everything is not tolerable. So what, do I start over, play another x hours? Get less, at, or farther than I was before just to encounter this again? No thanks. Yes, this is my personal choice, but I don't find joy in repetitive gameplay in the sense of campaign repeat. Especially when there is no guarantee it wont happen again. I bought and played this game at EA release. I did not have a beta build causing this issue.

hey so i took a look at the player logs...
they set them up to show the exact crash code lines...

hot fix 2 is on the way states news today...

now normal id advise people to stay away from elitist services>>

but these devs did set up a crash system registery..

and they are among one of the few game companies who doesn't have a elitist discord ...
set up with almost the whole coding team in discord...

BUT I SUSPECT THEY MAYBE CHECK TO CHECK LIFERS or sheltered kids so whatever....)

so posting your crash reports there will in fact help get the game in a more playable state

i actually investigated why some EA games aren't running in a stable state..

it turns out all those lovely game engines and gpu's / cpu makers
only support a certain cpu and gpu chip sets and
certain settings( which people tend to ignore)
(support for many types have been discontinued by AMD NVIDIA and intel)
a certain ram size and

hey are requiring the game programmers and devs to optimize for chipsets..
( no big shock surprise there)

which mean application are going to have to create their own optimization codes
and often Driver support updates( for discontinued chipset models)... of their own

even windows apple and linux has a list of discontinued gpus and cpus...
( ill give you a hit rtx 3060 and amd rx 6000 are still supported but most chip-sets made under 2024. no support)
os minum 2025 spec btw
ryzen 7 or intel 7 cpu ( current 2023 gen or higher)
rtx 3060, amd 6000 serious, amd, intel 700 serius gpus minimum

16 gigs ram for basic, 32 ram if you plan on graphic heavy loads
(16 gig vram)

i believe the ti models no longer have support

this is called forced upgrading and sadely that business model does not work in pre 2020 world order( and power mad tyrant land post 2020 orders)

of course these people still dont get some people are still being paid poverty line rates for life and cant upgrade for something like 10-15 years at a time...

and in case you missed the point

GIVE GAME DEVS A COPY OF THE FILES THEY ASK FOR ....
( AND MOST ARE ASKING FOR YOU TO GIVE THE FILES THE GAME GENERATES AS YOU PLAY)
SO THEY CAN WRITE THE OPTIMIZATION CODES FOR YOUR POSSIBLE
OBSOLETE COMPUTER OR INCORRECTLY SET UP GPU/ CPU DEVICES...

( SERIOUSLY YOU SHOULD FOLLOW THE CPU / GPU TECH DEVELOPERS INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE)

OTHER WISE GAMES WONT BE IN A PLAYABLE STATE...

ps: finding the list of discontinued gps and cpus is not that hard most of you will be abble to look it up in a 30 second google search...
