Offline singleplayer? Free of third party extras?

Looks potentially interesting, but I have concerns.

I just want to play singleplayer without any extra ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ added.

Will this be always-online even to play alone? Will it have EAC (or some other kernel-level anticheat? Will it have EOS?

The game allows for complete offline play. Multiplayer sessions were peer to peer, with optional player-hosted dedicated servers on the roadmap. In the demo, only Steam networking was available for multiplayer sessions, and it could be disabled. There was no anti-cheat in the demo version.
