Steam key does not work for serial number
Immediately upon booting up this game (that I paid a whopping $2 for), it asks me for a serial number. Before that, Steam had been trying to shove a CD key down my throat, as usual (although I can't remember ever actually using a Steam CD key). Naturally I tried to type the Steam CD key in when the game asked for a serial number, but the Steam CD key does not fit in the boxes and doesn't work.

What's the deal? Why do I not have a serial number?

As soon as I boot it up, it says "Serial Number" or "Serial Key" or something like that and gives me boxes to type numbers into.

Worked for me no problem, though at the end I did have an issue, but it was because I hit the space bar accidently, it didn't look like it moved the curor but it did enough to block the last digit

Got it to work. :) When I was hitting shift-tab to go look at my CD key (since I couldn't copy/paste it in), it was registering the tab as a digit. How absurd.

I can't type anything in the boxes!
