Two Worlds: Epic Edition

Undead Knights
I've encountered some Undead Knights at Cold Creek Watchtower, but the game doesn't make them targets for my mage, and I barely for a second even saw the notice on my screen telling me they are undead knights. I have to walk right up to them for them to bother hitting me and they stop as soon as I move one step away. I can blast them with my fireball and I do see damage numbers but I don't see any of their health bars. Are they bugged, or is the game saving them for a quest later on?

Some of that sounds odd. I have never played as a mage though so can't really comment on anything being bugged with the class. Hopefully someone else can help you. Oh and as for enemies just standing still and doing nothing I have never had that.

I don't think it has anything to do with my guy being a mage, since solo players only get one type of character, and it's up to us to spec that character to be a mage or warrior or whatever.

I've been playing the game for 330 hours and I've not encountered this before, so I was wondering if they are supposed to do that or what? They are behaving like town NPC's almost, except they will hit me if I'm right next to them. Otherwise, they leave me alone. I don't want to mess up a quest if that's what they are there for, so I don't want to kill them until I know for sure. Oh, wait. I can just do a save. I guess I'll do that and see what happens if I try to kill them.
Well, that was a weird, um, (fight?) I'm not sure if the game said they were dead knights or undead knights. I finally was able to see each health bar when they were almost dead. It took much longer than for most of the other enemies. I couldn't hit them with my staff at all - the game wouldn't let me. I also wasn't permitted to place any bombs near them inside the Watchtower where they were all standing. However, my fireball definitely damaged them.

They hit hard the few times I let them hit me. There was a box inside the tower and I got a Diamond from it, so that's a good reward. I'm going to rename the save and keep it, just in case there's a quest belonging to it. Hopefully, I won't make too much game progress before I find out if I'm supposed to wait for a quest for them or something.
