how to skip night time? like sleeping or rest? how to do that?

I just looked it up and apparently you can wait/sleep at a inn. Or use console commands.

You don't need to wait in bigger cities (i.e. Cathalon, Tharbakin, ...). Just look around the inns. You will find many merchants there, willing to trade during night time.
