Frame-rate problem

Hi. I started the game several times, but each time I quit at the start because the game was running at 30-40 fps. At ultra, fps it stays at +- 30. But even if I make minimal settings, the fps shows 40-45. Considering that this is a 2009 game, I think my laptop should run it at ultras at 60 fps.
My PC:
Windows 10
GTX 1050
Intel i5-7300HQ
RAM 8 GB
What could be the problem?

Try to disable "Shadows", reduce "HDR Intensity" to minumum and lower distance sight.
In your NVIDIA pannel make shure that the game is running on NVIDIA high performance (game settings) and in your computer settings go to games -> gamemode -> gamemode off.
Btw. I'running the game on a 1050GTX and Win10 too, (only difference is a i7-9750).
