About the End of the Game
When you find the necromancer village and get enough reputation you can talk to the Black Flame(hope thats her name in english) and she tells you to come back to her once you have found your sister and that she will wait right there for you, but when you actually kill the endboss and find your sister (kinda) the game just ends.

So whats that with the necro lady, is that a part of the second game or did the devs just forget about her?

For some reason, the cutscenes do not play which is rather unfortunate.

Also I do not recall anything about The Flame NPC saying anything regarding the Hero's sister. I may have to go to the Enclave and see. It has been awhile for me :D

yeah only the intro cutscenes were playing for me, but i found out you can just watch them in any media player from the game directory, but that has nothing to do with my question^^

I was referring to this part here: "you actually kill the endboss and find your sister (kinda) the game just ends." I assumed you meant the cutscene was not playing too so my apology.

As for the Flame, I don't think she plays any part in the main quest line.

thats all she says now but im pretty sure in the first conversation with her she talks about me finding my sister and not just my mission.

you are probably right that she has nothing to do with the main quest, who knows maybe there was something planned at some point

i never worked for the flame. she wanted me to poison the well and kill all the people in four stones village. So I wasn't down with that. Considering i never completed any quest that killed an NPC who was non-aggressive towards me. Killing an entire village intentionally was off the table

Short answer, she just says it. Also the game continuation (TW2) is completely different story (ignores some main story parts and totally forget about side quests or characters). Only devs know why.
In my opinion: This game is unfinished in many ways, feels like test beta build. If you don't believe me read the official strategy guide of the game + game introduction guide (the section about plot) and compare it with the game.
Probably that's why the TW2 is so different, a "fresh start". Don't get me wrong, I like this game but in terms of plot aspect I have a lot of doubt.
