How do you learn alchemy and necromancy?

I am 9 hours in and i am 4/10 with necromancers but still have not found anyone who can teach me it. I also cannot find an alchemist to teach me alchemy.
Hints and tips if possible thank you.

There's no teacher for alchemy, you have to invest skill points.

You can find 2 teachers for necromancy in the game, if I remember correctly. One should be in / near Qudinar.

This answer above is incorrect ...

There are 3 Trainers for Necromancy ...

And only they can teach you the Alchemy Skill ...

As with all skills you must be trained first ...

Then you can invest further Skill Points as you wish ...

You're right about the trainer, but you can brew potions even without the skill (it's just less effective).

So where can the trainers be found?
