Mic not working when reading off the words to open new areas?

So my mic works with the in game voice chat. But when I go to speak the words to open up the hidden locations on the map (I'm currently working on the Abandoned House so the words are "Victoria" "Magna" "Dream" "Anger"} they don't do anything. I have literally stood there and repeated the words at least 3 times to try and get them to trigger but nothing happens. But my partner comes up and says the words and the hidden areas open up with no issues for him.

Like I said my mic is working fine for the in-game chat; but when it comes to trying to get the hidden areas open, nothing happens.

It must be something to do with the settings. Most likely you have push to talk on or maybe you have the wrong mic on.

Otherwise, until you get a fix, you can press P to enter the voice prompt as a text.

I have checked my settings multiple times. I have it set to the correct setting and on the only mic that I have. Thank you for telling me about pressing P tho, I was unaware of that one!

I have no idea why it doesn't work for you then. Maybe a bug? I hope a dev can help you.

I have the same problem. Voice chat works fine, they can hear me in game but It won't hear me when I speak the words.
