Really don´t see how this mechanic is any fun. If textbased commands would have been implmented properly, instead of having to actually type out what you wanna say, i simply wouldn´t allow the game to use the microphone.
I mean sure, if the game expects from you that you sit alone, talk to noone, put your phone on silent and lock the door to the office so noone can enter, put the dog in the garden, give the kids to the grandparents to baby sit so that noone and nothing can trigger the mic on accident.
Dude.
That´s the point. I was hiding from the ghost, he came into the upper sleeping room on cyclone street, i was in the bathroom in there, he went out heading to the office again, someone talked to me, i simply answered like i always do, ghost turns around and finds me.
Sounds like you should have waited to answer .
It's happened to me a few times too, pretty annoying when you need to respond to people rl.
Sounds like i rather play games that don´t force me to completly ignore RL. Well as soon as the Maria Riddle is solved that is.
Besides from the mic issue, there is also the ESG/Canvas issue and acutally playing is a boring waiting game anyways.
Look, there is other games out there like this. Not only Phasmo if you think that now, where i don´t have to adapt in RL for the game. Besides the Maria Riddle there is really nothing special about this game.
