Kicked from the discord server

I had this random who my friends and i played with and she almost forced all of us to play the game how she wanted and when my buddies and i started using dark humor into the game (Diabetes jokes, we made a trans joke because my buddy swapped genders in the game and we played hospital) she got offended, proceeded to "educate" us on how hormone pills actually work, then tried acting like we all had to listen to her. she proceeded to actually insult me directly and when we got back to my lobby she left. I wake up today and i can rejoin the Clock Wizard Discord server. I stated in my LFG server before she join that we will make fun of things and we arnt here to be serious but she joined anyway. to be honest i dont care if i hurt that randoms feelings but i dont deserve to be kicked from the only demonologist LFG server because someone got but hurt. Game is great. i have had other people make nazi jokes while she was in my lobby and she didnt have a problem. other people made being a child predator jokes while she was in my lobby. didnt get upset. I hope @ClockWizardGames sees this message and tries to contact me about because that random is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and i want back in that server

People are too sensitive and it's why I absolutely refuse to play with randoms in ghost hunter games anymore, and a major reason why I quit phasmo completely. Your best bet is to get a group of friends and just play with them only. I have never had a problem when randoms weren't involved.

I would say deserved. Good that u and your friends like dark humor (i like dark humor too), but u cant think that everybody likes it and that everybody takes everything as a joke just cause u find it funny. Maybe u think about how to socialise with people. Like u said "i dont care if i hurt that randoms feelings"...there u have the problem. U are the problem. So deal with it, work on your behavior or not, but then dont be surprised if u get kicked out of more servers then.

Edit: if the publisher see your thread here and how u choose words i can garantuee u, u will not get unbanned :D

I suggest you restrict your gameplay with friends only, I actually had a guy acting exactly like that girl today, I simply told him to back off, that I was not new, he resumed to sulk and insult me (is just how sensitive and childish randoms are).

So best way to deal with people like that is kick them, I would say ignore them but unfortunately this is a team game, you better off with 3 players, than 3 players + 1 hindrance.

I went through our audit log today and didn't see any notifications about a kick, nor were there any mentions of your name in warning logs.

The only people we've banned so far have been people posting hack methods and dox'ing.

That said, you can message me on here with your discord name and I'll look into this more. But please be mindful of our discord rules. They're there for a reason.

Besides, it's not like that person was forced to play with these guys. Could have played with other people and moved on with their life.

My advice just kick anyone from your lobby (if you can) that preach that garbage and move on with your life. The less we put them in the lime light the better.

And if the publisher wants to go ahead and ban me for this so be it. I do not need to spend my hard earned cash on this game and neither does my group especially from a compnay who supports crazy woke culture. We have phasmophobia, Ghost Exorcism, inc, and even ghost exiled. Both perfectly descent games in their own right.

Just saying phasmophobia has a ban system where if someone reports you for making a joke or swearing you WILL get banned. Like even from private matches. I wouldn't promote it.

The dev from phasmo also had their mods BAN anyone who FOLLOWED or TALKED in a phasmo cheat group from their discord server. Even if they only used said cheat to mess around with a private group from friends, or were just there to see what was up. So yeah.

Sometimes jokes like that should only be kept between family and friends. You never know how someone will respond to such jokes. I get dark humor but not everyone does. But if that story you told is true. *not saying it isn't*. Then that random person should cry me a river. Stay off the internet kiddo.

Nah, you can choose who you engage with online. Leaving a game when you're not getting along with a group of people because some jokes you don't like is not a big deal.

People should normalise leaving a GAME lobby or muting someone instead impeding people's speech.
